The experimental study of chemical etching of aluminium was carried out in beaker, using immersion etching method. The selected material was EN AW7075, its chemical composition was given in Table 1. The hardness of the material was 175200 HB. The thickness of specimen was 1 mm and cut at 10 mm × 60 mm dimensions.
